I coach frontline nurses who are experiencing stress, burnout, fatigue, moral distress and similar situational states.
I also offer other coaching services if requested. Calls are focused on co-creating practices to identify and examine self-held beliefs that no longer serve you. We’ll also collaborate on how you can shift what you don’t want into what you do want. Lastly, our focused calls will assist you gain more connection to your fun-filled, loving and joyful parts. As a Registered Nurse, my practice and commitment are to hold space to meet you exactly where you are without judgement. As a Certified Coach, my practice is one-to-one coaching. As a Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, my practice is to use several neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) processes such as, state change, reframing, presuppositions, anchoring and others as needed. These processes assist you easily achieve your desired outcomes. Change happens through action.

Following are the code of ethics that I, Lynda Mayer will continue to maintain while working with you in this current relationship:
As a coach I believe in the dignity of every human being and I am committed to eliciting the inherent capability and resourcefulness of my clients.
I am committed to pursuing through this coaching interactive process, the development of strategies which will move clients forward to the rapid attainment of the defined goals.
As a coach I am respectful and protective of the vulnerability of clients.
I appreciate the work required to be coached and hold clients to a high standard of self-responsibility and accountability.
I continually strive to maintain objectivity and a high level of competence in order to best serve all clients.
As a client you must have absolute trust that all information shared with me as a coach is confidential.
I will act with explicit confidentiality in that any information shared or business intelligence learned within this coaching structure will not be revealed to others.
Should ethical misalignment or known legal violations occur that would prevent me from fulfilling this coaching agreement it will be terminated immediately.
Should there be any conflict of interest it will be discussed and resolved with the best interest in mind.
